Agreement

By accessing or using wealthhawk.ai (the “Site”) or any services offered by Praxis Solutions, Inc. through it (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

Who we are

WealthHawk is a product of Praxis Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Site is operated from the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any firm you represent. The Services are intended for financial advisors and their firms.

Use of the site

You can browse the Site and submit applications or inquiries. You agree not to: misuse the Site, attempt to access areas you’re not authorized to access, scrape or copy content systematically, interfere with the Site’s operation, impersonate anyone, or use the Site to violate any law.

Applications and engagements

Submitting an application doesn’t create a contract or guarantee acceptance into our Deluxe service or any other engagement. We accept clients selectively. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, design, code, and branding, is owned by Praxis Solutions, Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission, except for normal browsing use.

No advisor-client relationship

WealthHawk is a prospecting tool and service for financial advisors. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not your investment advisor.

Disclaimer

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxis Solutions, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praxis Solutions, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and we both waive any right to participate in a class action.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
